三月份乒乓特别培训班继续招生
雪隆精武体育会体育部为了推广体育活动,属下开办了乒乓训练班及瑜伽班。
为了改善环境与设备等,本会目前正在改善乒乓训练班的软硬体设施,是故乒乓活动暂停。
瑜伽班每逢星期四晚7时半至8时半,由专业瑜伽导师罗佩诗指导。修习瑜伽能让您找回身体的平衡,让身心灵得以平静、松弛、健康。
